Capping Prediction

The presence or absence of capping for every sequence fragment of 1000 nucleotides is predicted along with regions of interest highlighted with yellow for every fragment where a presence of capping has been predicted. We also provide an ensemble confidence score for every prediction of the presence of capping. The regions of interest highlight the region with the highest attention score.
